Community Partners allow Bear & Friends to partner with community businesses and individuals to educate the public about the therapy and companion work of animals, to increase awareness of the many positive qualities of shelter animals, and to encourage community members to adopt dogs from shelters (and, consequentially, from unknown fates) instead of purchasing them from puppy mills and pet stores.  Our Partners are catalysts for Bear & Friends to save more dogs’ lives, and to improve the quality of life for more children.
